Our brilliant team of engineers install anywhere on the UK mainland. As we’re based in Hemel Hempstead, you’ll appreciate that installations in places like Portree, Penzance or Portmeirion might cost a little extra, we'll be in touch if this is the case.

Our desk installation service is dynamic and dependant on demand within a workable area.  Our fitters will install at up to 6 different addresses in one day within an area they can complete within the day, and is the only economical way of operating the service. We build up enough installations in an area before assigning an engineer to service that area.  

The quickest installation date will be the date that will suit most customers best, we work towards scheduling all installations within 14 working days of your order, however, due to the above, we can only advise a date when the pieces of the jigsaw start coming together.

If you book a specific date 2-3 of weeks ahead, there is a high chance that we will be able to use your install as the basis to build around for other installations in your area, and has a high chance of being able to be carried out when you want, whereas if you opt for the quickest installation date, it will be on the date that Laura, our scheduling guru, has determined will suit most customers best.

Please note that once an installation date is booked, we would require at least 48 working hours’ notice to change this, otherwise you may still be charged for a missed appointment.

 Note: Scotland is on a 15 – 20 working days lead time, depending on location.

When you choose the GOLD installation service with your desk we automatically double your guarantee period from 10 to 20 years, giving you total peace of mind for at least the next two decades.

Our guarantee terms are brief and unambiguous and the 20 years applies to the desks only, accessories and chairs bought at the same time are exempt. This guarantee is against faulty workmanship in the course of the product being used for the normal purpose in which it was intended to be used for.

We will either repair or replace any malfunctioning parts and in the case of simple plug-and-play electrical items, we will ship replacements to you to get your desk up and working again as soon as possible. If you have any issues that are not simply resolved by this, we will attend site to rectify at a mutually convenient time.

We will honour this service for the guarantee period of 20 years from the date of purchase, provided only that you have purchased our GOLD installation service at the same time as purchasing your desk.

Proof of purchase will be required on making a claim, this can simply be your order number or name and postcode, as a record of your GOLD installation is kept on our system. The guarantee is not available retrospectively and is non-transferable from the original purchaser.

Whenever we can. If there’s room on the van and you ask us nicely, we’ll do our best, but we can’t promise.

Installation prices start from £157 (inc. VAT) for a single desk, with the final price determined by the type of desk and your location.The more desks you order, the lower the price will be.
