When you choose the GOLD installation service with your desk we automatically double your guarantee period from 10 to 20 years, giving you total peace of mind for at least the next two decades.

Something wrong? We'll fix it

Our guarantee terms are brief and unambiguous and the 20 years applies to the desks only, accessories and chairs bought at the same time are exempt. This guarantee is against faulty workmanship in the course of the product being used for the normal purpose in which it was intended to be used for.

We will either repair or replace any malfunctioning parts and in the case of simple plug-and-play electrical items, we will ship replacements to you to get your desk up and working again as soon as possible. If you have any issues that are not simply resolved by this, we will attend site to rectify at a mutually convenient time.

We will honour this service for the guarantee period of 20 years from the date of purchase, provided only that you have purchased our GOLD installation service from the "Essential Options" dropdown on the desk product page at the same time as purchasing your desk.

Proof of purchase will be required on making a claim, this can simply be your order number or name and postcode, as a record of your GOLD installation is kept on our system. The guarantee is not available retrospectively and is non-transferable from the original purchaser.
