The Stockholm Signature Corner Standing Desk is based on our time-proven and best-selling desk; the Stockholm, the world's best standing desk and takes the ability for you to create your own unique standing desk one stage further with breath-taking desk frame finishes. 

The Signature range has a choice of two lovely frame finishes, a highly polished mirror chrome finish, to add that touch of glitz to your WFH set-up and a raw metal finish, with all the welds and burnishes created in the production process visible, but finished in a smooth clear lacquer to give the ultimate vintage industrial look.

These are truly very special desks and boast exceptional stability, having been described by customers as ‘rock-solid’ at height while also having a massive maximum loading of 160 Kg. including desktops . They are both available with a choice of 26 different desktop colours and finishes.

These beautiful standing corner desks incorporate our unique flush-fitting inlay switches for a very sleek and pleasing look, adding that extra touch of class, they are set into the desktop surface and are positioned on the main desk, on the opposite side of the side return by default. Protruding less than 2mm above the desk surface, they are inobtrusive and help complete the clean minimalist design.

Featuring rapid electrical height adjustment with quality Swedish made triple motors for extraordinary smoothness and reliability, the Stockholm Signature Corner Desk is the quietest and quickest height adjustable desk available and is also relatively easy to assemble.  Made in Sweden to our exacting quality standards.

The Stockholm Signature Corner Standing Desk has unsurpassed height variation, from 595 mm, making it ideal for wheelchair users, up to 1300 mm, suitable for workers up to 6'8" whilst standing. The sturdy frame of this durable sit-stand desk is intrinsically safe as it utilises an electronic safety cut-out mechanism.

PLEASE NOTE: The flush-fitting Up/Down inlay switch is mounted on the main section of desk on the opposite side of the return by default. All pictures of desks are for illustrative purposes only.

Configuration

Our corner desks are configured with either left or right-handed returns, as they are essentially built in two sections, a main section and a return section, as per the diagrams above. The main section of the desk is 80cm deep (front to back) and the return (or side) section is 60cm deep. The main section can either be 160cm or 180cm wide and the return / side total length of 160cm, this is made up of the 80cm depth of the main section plus 80cm for the length of the return / side section. 

The complete desktop is provided as two separate pieces and are predrilled with metal screw inserts fitted in the fixing pattern of the frame to make assembly easier and quicker.  This does not apply to special size desktops which are supplied without inserts.  We can only make two-piece desktops for corners.

Cable Port Positions

• PLEASE NOTE: The standard cable port positions shown above refer to the main section of the desktop only - for cable ports on the return desktop, please chose the 'CUSTOM' option.
• Back Left & Back Right is 110 mm in from the back and 140 mm in from the side to the centre of the cable port.
• Back Centre is placed centrally, 110 mm in from the back edge of the desk to the centre of the cable port.
• Back off-centre Left is 110 mm in from the back and 180 mm to the left of the desk centre to the centre of the cable port.
• Back off-centre Right is 110 mm in from the back and 180 mm to the right of the desk centre to the centre of the cable port.

• UK Free same day despatch on a 24-hour service to mainland UK (excluding Highlands) for all orders received by 2 pm, subject to stock availability.

• Except for the above all EU orders will have an EU plug added at no extra charge.

• Installation:
• Expert installation service available at extra charge, check drop down menu for cost.
• This is a weekday service normally carried out within 10 working days of order by our team of fully qualified professional installers. Service times will vary dependant on schedule volume, 10 working days is the norm, not a guarantee.
• Installation is for the desk and cable management tray only.  Any accessories purchased with your desk may be fitted as a goodwill gesture without charge.
• Our installers bring your order with them, assemble on-site and remove all packing and rubbish.
  
• Please ensure the install area is clear and ready for our team, and if utilising an existing desktop, that it has already been removed from the original desk and is on hand ready for install.
• We will advise a date and a morning or afternoon time slot within a few days of receiving your order.
• Please note: Installations are dynamic, dependant on the volume of calls within a given area and can be subject to change at short notice.  We may not be able to meet individual date requests however will always do our best to accommodate.  
• We cannot take any old existing furniture away for disposal.
• Installation service is available for mainland UK only.

• Please note that once an installation date is booked, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for any changes, otherwise you may still be charged for a missed appointment.

• Quantity Discount for Installation: Discounts are available for any requirement of 10 or more units please contact us via sales@friskadesk.com prior to ordering for an installation price.

• This desk is delivered on a pallet both due to its weight and to minimise damages, this does mean however, that it is the customers responsibility to dispose of the pallet. 

  The warehouse often places a ‘seconds’ or damaged desktop on the base of the pallet to act as extra protection against knocks, the actual desktop shipped will not be exposed but placed on the pallet and securely wrapped in protective packaging.

  As standard industry policy, all pallet deliveries are kerbside only (IE: outside the front door of the building) due to health and safety and insurance considerations, although it is worth asking the delivery driver for help with your delivery if you live in an apartment, however due to the policy, they are under no obligation to do so.

Assembly Instructions

All our stock-size desktops are predrilled to the fixing pattern of the frame and have metal screw inserts fitted to make assembly both easier and quicker.  This does not apply to custom special size desktops which are supplied without inserts.

Please note: Self-assembly requires a reasonable level of DIY ability, please refer to our assembly videos before committing to this. The only tools that we provide for assembly are two Allen keys: 1 x 4mm and 1 x 5mm, a soft-headed mallet may also be needed.  An instruction and operating manual is provided with your desk.

Below is a quick assembly guide on how to fit the updated Stockholm cable management tray (2022 onwards), this supersedes the previous cable tray and assembly method which may be shown in the desk assembly videos. 

Below is a quick assembly guide on how to fit the optional Enhanced Anti-collision Sensor.  Important note:  Ensure there screw-hole located in the middle of part 'C' (as per the instruction manual) is facing towards the front of the desk to allow the sensor to be installed forward of the cross beam.  If located behind the cross beam it will interfere with the control box location.
