The health benefits were already showing themselves, during our trial which featured ten workers. Each user used the Gymba board for 5-6 hours a day, while working from a standing desk for a month. Each day, our users recorded their morning body weight and their resting heart rate while standing, conducted a fitness test via a Polar heart rate monitor and flexibility test by bending forwards. 

Results showed that on average, our users lost 0.23kg in weight, their maximum oxygen uptake improved by 0.88, resting heart rates decreased by 4.5 beats and flexibility improved for 9 out of 10 of our users. So, it seems that the Gymba board is a lovely little healthy accompaniment to our desks!
